What this is
ponpon.life is a training and nutrition companion with an AI coach, run by its owner (contact: hello@ponpon.life). The service is currently free; if paid features appear, they will never take away data or rewards you have already earned.
Not medicine
Plans, nutrition estimates and advice are generated by algorithms and AI. They are NOT medical advice. You train at your own risk; with any health condition, see a doctor first.
Your account
You are 16 or older and your questionnaire is about you and truthful (plan safety depends on it). One person — one account. Keep your password safe.
Fair use
Don't break the service, bypass limits, automate requests, or use the AI coach off-purpose. We may restrict accounts on abuse.
Our commitments and their limits
We work to keep the service stable and keep backups, but provide it "as is" with no uptime guarantees. Liability is capped at what you paid us (currently zero).
Changes
Terms may be updated; we'll flag substantial changes in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
