PonPon for keto, fasting & Ramadan

Your way of eating isn't a problem to fix. It's the starting point.

Most fitness apps hand everyone the same six-meals-a-day template — and if you're keto, fasting 16:8, or observing Ramadan, you're suddenly «doing it wrong». PonPon starts from how you actually eat, and builds the plan inside it.

Macros that match your diet

Say you're keto and your targets shift to keto macros — no «add more whole grains» nonsense. Vegetarian, low-carb for PCOS, halal — the coach respects the constraint instead of arguing with it, and still keeps protein where it needs to be.

Eating windows the plan actually respects

If your window is 12–20, your meals are planned 12–20. During Ramadan, everything moves to between sunset and dawn — including the conversation about what's realistic at suhoor. No red «missed breakfast» warnings at 8am. Ever.

Workouts timed to your energy

Fasted training works for some and wrecks others. Your coach helps you find your slot — end of the fast, after iftar, whenever your energy really is — and adjusts intensity on low days instead of pretending they don't happen.

PonPon won't push any diet on you — and if what you describe starts looking like it's hurting you, the coach says so honestly and suggests talking to a professional.

Does PonPon support Ramadan?

Yes — tell your coach you're fasting and your meals move into the night window, workout timing gets discussed around iftar and suhoor, and nobody nags you about daytime eating. When Ramadan ends, everything shifts back.

Can I do strength training while fasting?

Usually yes, with sensible timing and intensity — and that's exactly what the coach helps you find. It watches how your sessions actually go and adjusts, instead of applying a one-size-fits-all rule.
