PonPon for seated training

A real strength plan, built from your chair.

Most fitness apps are built for legs — step goals, walking advice, jump squats. If you train from a wheelchair or seated, that's not just useless, it's insulting. PonPon starts from what YOUR body can do, and builds real strength from there.

Seated from the first question

Say you train seated during onboarding, and everything downstream respects it: exercises are chosen for seated work, and the plan never prescribes walks or step targets. Not as an afterthought — as the starting point.

Your abilities, not a template

Every wheelchair user's body is different — some push for hours, some work with limited trunk control. There's no «wheelchair template» that fits everyone, so your coach asks, listens and personalizes: your movements, your equipment, your range.

Strength that shows up in daily life

Pushing, transfers, reaching, carrying — seated strength training pays off where it counts. Dumbbells, bands or just your body: the plan works with what's at home, and progresses at your pace.

If you have a condition or injury that shapes what's safe, tell the coach — it works inside those limits and never pretends to be your physiotherapist.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Bands and dumbbells help, but there's plenty of effective seated work with body weight alone. Tell the coach what you have — the plan is built from that.

Will the app keep telling me to walk more?

No. Once your profile says you train seated, step counts and walking advice are off across the whole product — plan, coach and check-ins. Activity beyond training is something you and your coach figure out individually.
